This decision, announced via a supplement to the prospectus on January 16, 2024, reflected efforts to streamline underperforming or low-AUM products amid challenging market conditions for sustainable active ETFs, with no subsequent relaunches or reorganizations reported. Prior to closure, the fund managed approximately $8.88 million in assets under management.
