Bausch + Lomb Corporation Bausch + Lomb Corporation develops, manufactures and markets a comprehensive portfolio of approximately 400 eye health products including contact lenses such as Ultra, Biofinity and daily disposables; lens care products like Renu solutions; over-the-counter eye care products, eye vitamins and mineral supplements; ophthalmic pharmaceuticals for conditions including dry eye, glaucoma and inflammation such as Xalatan, Lotemax and Xiidra; and ophthalmic surgical equipment and instruments encompassing cataract surgery products, phacoemulsification systems, refractive surgery lasers, vitreoretinal tools and innovative platforms like SeeNova. The company operates in three primary segments--vision care, surgical and pharmaceuticals--with products distributed to consumers, healthcare professionals and institutions worldwide across approximately 100 countries. Founded in 1853 and headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, with corporate offices in Bridgewater, New Jersey, Bausch + Lomb employs around 13,500 people and maintains a significant global research, development and manufacturing footprint. In recent developments, the company completed the acquisition of Elios Vision in December 2024 to add the ELIOS minimally invasive glaucoma surgery procedure, acquired Whitecap Biosciences in January 2025 to bolster its pipeline with therapies for glaucoma and geographic atrophy, launched transformation initiatives post-IPO including organizational restructuring and AI integration for operational efficiency, unveiled a three-year growth strategy in November 2025 targeting 5-7% constant currency revenue CAGR through 2028 with a rebuilt pipeline projecting $7 billion in peak sales, and concluded exploration of a potential sale or privatization in early 2025 without a transaction while reaffirming commitment to full separation from Bausch Health Companies Inc.
