- Amplify Fairlead Tactical Bitcoin ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation through tactical exposure to bitcoin-related investments. The Fund provides a rules-based, momentum-driven bitcoin strategy that dynamically targets approximately 70% to 150% exposure to bitcoin based on technical market signals across daily, weekly and monthly timeframes; maintains an approximately 70% baseline exposure during normal market conditions; increases exposure through an opportunistic leverage overlay when technical trends align; and reduces exposure to the baseline level when long-term trends weaken. BNAV does not invest directly in bitcoin and primarily obtains exposure through bitcoin exchange-traded product options, including FLEX options, and may use bitcoin futures contracts and other derivatives to achieve exposure above 100% of net assets; it may also hold U.S. Treasury securities, cash and cash equivalents. The non-diversified Fund is designed for investors seeking actively managed, technically informed digital-asset exposure rather than a fixed, passive bitcoin allocation. Amplify Investments LLC, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, serves as investment adviser, while Fairlead Asset Management LLC serves as sub-adviser; the strategy is actively managed by Fairlead founder and managing partner Katie Stockton, CMT. BNAV trades on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker symbol BNAV and carries a 0.74% total expense ratio. The Fund was launched on July 29, 2026, representing Amplify ETFs’ recent expansion of its bitcoin-focused ETF platform through a strategic sub-advisory relationship with Fairlead Asset Management and the introduction of a tactical, signal-driven bitcoin exposure product.
