Brinova Fastigheter AB (publ) (BRIN-B.ST) owns, develops, manages, and markets residential rental housing and community service properties in southern Sweden, with a portfolio encompassing special housing, healthcare facilities, social care properties, leisure centers, educational buildings, and public administration premises; the company operates primarily in locations with strong transport links including Helsingborg, Kristianstad, Hassleholm, Landskrona, Malmo, Lund, Ahus, Vellinge, and Karlskrona. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Helsingborg, Brinova focuses on long-term value creation through selective acquisitions, efficient property development, active on-site management, and collaboration with community operators, serving tenants in the rental housing and public service sectors across the Oresund region. As of June 30, 2025, its property portfolio totals approximately 658,000 square meters valued at SEK 19.3 billion, including ongoing projects, with Class B shares listed on Nasdaq Stockholm's Mid Cap list. In a major strategic transaction completed on April 1, 2025, Brinova acquired K-Fastigheters entire investment property portfolio in southern Sweden via a reverse merger, significantly expanding its holdings and resulting in K-Fast Holding owning 57.6 percent of Brinova; this deal boosted rental income and net operating surplus in the first nine months of 2025, alongside new leasing agreements, project advancements in Greater Copenhagen, and a revised business plan for 2025-2027 targeting profit growth over 10 percent annually, loan-to-value below 60 percent, and sustainability goals like energy use under 90 kWh per square meter.
