Business
Fractal Industries Limited is an India-based garment design, apparel manufacturing, and technology-driven supply chain management company that provides end-to-end design-to-delivery solutions primarily for prominent digital fashion platforms and e-commerce marketplaces. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, the company operates an integrated business model combining apparel sourcing, private-label contract manufacturing, quality control, multi-state fulfillment warehousing, and multi-channel order processing. The company operates across two principal business divisions: Apparel Manufacturing & Sourcing, and Supply Chain & Warehousing Solutions. Its product and service portfolio encompasses: Apparel and Garment Products: Casual top wear comprising t-shirts, polo shirts, woven and knit shirts, blouses, tops, and tunics; bottom wear including denim jeans, chinos, trousers, cargo pants, joggers, shorts, and skirts; ethnic and fusion apparel including kurtas, kurta sets, and festive garments; seasonal outerwear including sweatshirts, hoodies, denim jackets, and lightweight coats; and proprietary brand offerings sold under private labels such as 7ate9 across menswear, womenswear, and kidswear segments. Sourcing, Design, and Manufacturing Services: Trend analysis and computer-aided garment design; fabric and raw material procurement; sample development and pattern grading; batch and mass apparel cutting, stitching, and finishing; and strict quality assurance and pre-dispatch inspection. Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehousing Services: Multi-location warehousing management across major distribution hubs; inventory optimization and barcode-managed stock storage; high-speed automated picking, packing, and order fulfillment; multi-channel catalog integration and e-commerce marketplace account management; reverse logistics, returns inspection, and inventory refurbishment; and predictive analytics for demand planning and stock replenishment tailored to major online retail partners such as Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart. In recent developments, Fractal Industries Limited completed its Initial Public Offering on the BSE SME platform (Ticker: FIL / Security Code: 544707) in February 2026, raising approximately INR 49 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares to fund working capital requirements, technology infrastructure upgrades, and logistics expansion. Prior to its public listing, the company reorganized its corporate structure, converting from Fractal Industries Private Limited into a public limited entity in March 2025. Over the past two years, the company has scaled its monthly apparel production capacity to more than 300,000 units and expanded its distributed warehousing network across key industrial corridors in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Haryana, West Bengal, and Karnataka to support growing fulfillment volumes from Tier-1 e-commerce platforms.
