Lohia Corp Limited is an India-based global engineering and manufacturing company that specializes in providing end-to-end machinery, processing equipment, and integrated technology solutions for the technical textiles and flexible plastic packaging industries, with a primary focus on polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) woven raffia manufacturing. The company's comprehensive product and service portfolio encompasses tape extrusion lines for producing high-tensile synthetic tapes; precision cheese winders and twister winders; high-speed circular looms, including the LSL and Nova series, for tubular and flat woven fabric production; extrusion coating and lamination lines for protective barrier applications; multi-color flexographic printing machines; specialized conversion equipment for flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs/jumbo bags) and small sacks, including fabric cutting, baffle and webbing cutting, automated stitching, bag cleaning, and hydraulic bale presses, as well as Blokomatic block bottom valve bag conversion lines; spin-draw-wind systems for multifilament yarn production; monofilament and plastic strapping extrusion lines; industrial recycling machinery under the Reclamax and ReclaPro series for reprocessing raffia and FIBC production scrap into reusable polymer granules; and comprehensive aftermarket engineering services, including precision spare parts manufacturing, equipment overhaul, plant layout design, preventive maintenance, tooling, and technical operator training. The company serves manufacturers across the agro-textile, geotextile, fertilizer, cement, chemical, food grain, and bulk logistics packaging sectors across nearly 100 countries, operating manufacturing and engineering facilities in India, the United States, and Italy, complemented by overseas marketing, service, and distribution entities in the United States, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, and Thailand. In recent developments, Lohia Corp completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in July 2026, listing its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and the BSE; broadened its international technology footprint and technical textile machinery capabilities through the strategic acquisition of United States-based synthetic fiber equipment maker J.J. Jenkins Incorporated and a strategic integration with Italian machinery specialist OMGM; expanded its product development in circular economy recycling systems and high-efficiency monofilament extruders; and advanced its operational sustainability initiatives by commissioning utility-scale captive solar power installations across its primary production facilities to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.
