Sotefin Bharat Limited is an India-based engineering company that specializes in the design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and servicing of advanced mechanized and fully automated car parking systems. The company operates through an integrated turnkey model, combining proprietary Swiss robotic technology with domestic structural fabrication to deliver customized space-optimizing mobility infrastructure. Its product portfolio comprises fully automated robotic parking systems featuring proprietary Silomat transfer carriages, Silopark, Interpark, and Compupark architectures; multi-level puzzle parking systems; vertical tower car parking systems; hydraulic and mechanical stack parking systems; multi-tier pit puzzle systems; heavy-duty vertical car lifts and traversing towers; motorized vehicle turntables; and integrated supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software suites with remote diagnostic monitoring capabilities. Complementing its equipment line, the company provides end-to-end services, including site feasibility studies and space planning; structural and electro-mechanical engineering; localized component fabrication; on-site installation and testing; turnkey project management; preventive and corrective maintenance; supply of authentic replacement parts; and round-the-clock facility operations under long-term annual maintenance contracts (AMCs). Sotefin Bharat serves diverse end markets comprising high-density residential developments, commercial office complexes, retail centers, healthcare facilities, hospitality properties, IT campuses, and public transit and municipal infrastructure projects. Headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, with localized manufacturing operations in Bagnan, West Bengal, the company serves clients across India and selective international jurisdictions, including the United Arab Emirates and the United States, operating in technical collaboration with Switzerland-based Sotefin SA. Founded in 2012 as Pisa-Sotefin Parking Private Limited and formerly known as Sotefin Parking Private Limited, the company rebranded to Sotefin Bharat Limited in early 2025 upon converting into a public limited entity, followed by its initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the BSE SME platform in July 2026 to fund the expansion of its Bagnan robotic manufacturing plant, retire debt, and scale its turnkey automated parking operations.
