In recent strategic developments, the group secured an equity investment allocation of up to €30 million from the European Innovation Council under the Strategic Technologies for Europe Platform (STEP) program to scale commercialization and manufacturing, building on earlier institutional rounds including a €10 million EIC equity investment and a $40 million pre-Series A venture financing. Operationally, Dronamics signed a manufacturing joint venture agreement with the UAE Strategic Development Fund to establish a high-capacity serial assembly plant in the United Arab Emirates capable of producing up to 300 Black Swan drones annually. The company has also expanded its technical and commercial ecosystem through an aero piston engine development partnership with Kawasaki Motors, a defense and security sensor integration alliance with HENSOLDT, and commercial air cargo logistics deployment agreements with global transport operators including DHL, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, and Aramex.
