Bénéteau S.A. (Groupe Beneteau) designs, manufactures and markets recreational boats and leisure homes worldwide; its Boat division offers over 135 models of sailing yachts, motorboats, monohulls and catamarans under nine brands including Beneteau, Jeanneau, Lagoon, Prestige, Four Winns, Scarab, WellCraft, EXCESS and Delphia; its Boating Solutions division provides services such as boat rentals, marinas, digital solutions and financing, while the Housing segment produces mobile homes and timber-frame residences under IRM, O’HARA and Coco Sweet brands. The company operates 16 production sites across France, the United States, Poland, Italy, Portugal and Tunisia, with a workforce exceeding 6,500 employees and revenue of €1 billion in 2024; founded in 1884 by Benjamin Bénéteau, it maintains headquarters in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, Vendée, France. Recent developments include the acquisition of French catamaran service provider BMS in October 2025 to expand Lagoon's premium support network in the Mediterranean; a pan-European financing partnership with Crédit Agricole Auto Bank; and an ambitious product plan unveiled at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025 featuring 19 new models, 14 world premieres and 66 launches targeted by 2027 across its segments and brands.
