The institution operates nationwide through an extensive branch network of more than 150 agencies, regional business centers, and digital delivery channels, alongside cross-border operations supported by international banking ties including the Tunisia Foreign Bank. BH Bank delivers an integrated suite of financial products and services, structured across core segments that include retail and mortgage banking solutions such as residential home loans, property development financing, personal consumer loans, vehicle loans, demand deposit accounts, structured housing savings accounts, and payment card services; commercial and SME banking offerings comprising working capital facilities, investment and equipment financing, commercial loans, syndicated credit lines, and asset leasing via BH Leasing; transaction banking and trade finance services featuring letters of credit, documentary collections, bank guarantees, treasury management, and foreign currency exchange operations; capital market and wealth management solutions including equity and debt securities brokerage, fund administration, portfolio management, and corporate financial advisory through BH Invest, BH Equity, and BH SICAF; real estate services through BH Immo; and bancassurance products covering life, health, vehicle, and property insurance policies provided through BH Assurances. In recent operational and strategic developments, BH Bank is implementing its 2024–2026 strategic transformation program focused on credit portfolio clean-up, customer proximity, operational efficiency, and comprehensive digital modernization. As part of this technological modernization, the bank has undertaken the migration and integration of the T24 Transact core banking platform to enhance transaction processing speed, strengthen risk management, and optimize digital banking capabilities. Concurrently, the institution has advanced its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting standards, deepened sustainable finance programs in alignment with domestic and regional financial frameworks, and expanded its omnichannel electronic banking ecosystem with enhanced mobile banking applications, contactless digital payment interfaces, and automated remote banking solutions.
