In recent developments, the company changed its name from SI6 Metals Limited in November 2024 to reflect its expanded portfolio; completed in February 2024 the acquisition of an initial 50% interest in the Brazilian joint venture from Foxfire Metals Pty Ltd with a minimum AUD1 million year-one expenditure commitment, later increasing to 70% for future licenses; secured 100% ownership of its Botswana polymetallic assets in December 2025 through a US$206,000 acquisition of the remaining 34% stake from BCL Investments under a farm-in agreement, incorporating over $4 million in prior exploration spend; and advanced drilling campaigns at Monument Gold including extensions of BIF-hosted mineralization beyond existing resources, alongside initial exploration such as auger drilling in Brazil.
