Tidal Trust II – Defiance AI Capacitors Leaders ETF is a non-diversified, actively traded U.S. exchange-traded fund that seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the BITA AI Capacitors Leaders Index. The fund provides targeted investment exposure to publicly listed companies that derive significant revenue from the design, manufacture and supply of advanced capacitors and passive electronic components used in artificial-intelligence infrastructure, including multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs), conductive-polymer capacitors and related passive components used in AI servers, accelerators, networking equipment and hyperscale data centers. The index’s exposure includes companies operating principally in Asia, including Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, and has included TDK Corp.; Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co. Ltd.; Murata Manufacturing Co. Ltd.; Yageo Corp.; Kyocera Corp.; Taiyo Yuden Co. Ltd.; Walsin Technology Corp.; Maruwa Co. Ltd.; Samwha Capacitor Co. Ltd.; and Nippon Chemi-Con Corp., subject to periodic reconstitution and rebalancing. The fund may invest directly in index constituents and/or employ financial instruments, including total-return swaps, to obtain index exposure; its disclosed portfolio has principally included a total-return swap linked to the BITA AI Capacitors Leaders Index. Tidal Investments LLC, a Tidal Financial Group company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, serves as investment adviser, while Defiance ETFs LLC serves as fund sponsor; the fund is a series of Tidal Trust II. CAPA was launched and began trading on Cboe BZX Exchange in August 2026 as the first U.S.-listed ETF focused on the capacitor and MLCC supply chain supporting AI infrastructure. Its principal recent strategic development is its establishment as a specialized thematic AI-infrastructure investment vehicle, with a 0.71% expense ratio and a rules-based benchmark that is rebalanced quarterly.
