The company produces a comprehensive range of products including uPVC column pipes and borehole pipes in grades such as tiny, medium deluxe plus, standard deluxe plus, heavy, and super heavy; uPVC column pipe accessories comprising adaptor sets, pump guard sets, and belt wrenches; uPVC pressure pipes and pressure fittings; uPVC plumbing pipes and plumbing fittings; chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) plumbing pipes and fittings; soil, waste, and rainwater (SWR) pipes and fittings; uPVC casing pipes; uPVC, PVC, and CPVC solvent cement; garden hose pipes; suction pipes; high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes; and irrigation equipment, all marketed under the Captain brand. It operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spanning 62,000 square feet with an annual production capacity of 17,700 metric tons, equipped with German extrusion lines and Japanese injection molding machines, and maintains its own laboratory and R&D department as an ISO 9001:2015-certified entity, serving domestic and international markets primarily from its Gujarat plant. In recent developments, the company approves a Rs 25 crore investment for a greenfield plant near Ahmedabad with 20,000 metric ton capacity to double total output, targeting commercial production by end-2024 using internal accruals and bank financing; it also approves a Rs 20.6 crore preferential share issuance of 12.5 million equity shares at Rs 16.5 apiece, pending shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on January 23, 2025, to fuel growth plans.
