Castrol India Limited is a leading manufacturer and marketer of automotive and industrial lubricants in India, operating as part of Castrol Limited UK under the BP Group. The company offers a comprehensive product portfolio including engine oils, transmission fluids, greases, industrial lubricants, marine lubricants, and energy sector oils. Its product brands include Castrol Edge, Castrol Magnatec, Castrol GTX for passenger vehicles; Castrol Vecton, CRB, and RX for commercial vehicles; and specialized fluids such as Transmax and Syntrax for transmissions and differentials. It serves diverse customer segments including automotive, commercial vehicles, industrial machinery, marine, and energy sectors across India through five manufacturing plants, a network of over 400 distributors, and 70,000 retail outlets.
