(CBCY) operates as a multi-bank holding company for The Central Trust Bank and affiliated entities that provide a comprehensive suite of consumer, commercial, and wealth management products and services, including checking and savings accounts; certificates of deposit; individual retirement accounts; money market, time deposit, health savings, and interest-bearing and noninterest-bearing checking accounts; commercial and industrial loans; one-to-four family residential, home equity, mortgage, multi-family, commercial real estate, construction and development, consumer, powersport, auto, agricultural, business expansion, equipment, lease, municipal, real estate, working capital, personal, student, and SBA loans; lines of credit; commercial lending; investment services such as annuities, brokerage, investor services insurance, retirement, trust, and wealth management; private banking; autobooks and cash management; credit cards; central capital markets; bond accounting; trust services; online and mobile banking; collection and receivables; payment and disbursements; commercial payments; merchant services; and ACH positive pay. The company maintains approximately 158 locations across 79 communities in Missouri, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Florida, and Arkansas, serving small businesses, agribusiness clients, high-net-worth individuals, and approximately 500,000 customers overall through specialized divisions including Central Investment Advisors, Central Trust Company, Central Mortgage Company, HSA Central, Central Technology Services, and Online Central. Founded in 1902 and headquartered at 238 Madison Street in Jefferson City, Missouri, Central Bancompany manages over $19.2 billion in assets and $14.2 billion in wealth assets under advisement as of mid-2025; the company recently completed an initial public offering in late 2025, raising approximately $403.7 million in total net proceeds including a fully exercised over-allotment option for an additional $53.2 million, thereby broadening its shareholder base, enhancing liquidity, and positioning it for potential future growth initiatives such as acquisitions while maintaining strong capital ratios exemplified by a Tier 1 capital ratio of 23.8%.
