Business
Corgi 3-12 Month T-Bill ETF is an exchange-traded fund sponsored by Corgi Invest that seeks to provide investment results corresponding, before fees and expenses, to the FTSE US Treasury Bill 3-12 Month Index. The Fund provides exposure to the intermediate segment of the U.S. Treasury bill curve by investing principally in market value-weighted U.S. Treasury bills with remaining maturities of three to 12 months; it generally invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in index constituents and/or securities with substantially similar economic characteristics. The Fund offers investors a liquid, exchange-traded fixed-income vehicle for accessing short-term U.S. government securities, income generation and capital-preservation-oriented Treasury exposure. CBIL trades on Cboe BZX under the ticker CBIL and carries a 0.05% expense ratio. Corgi Invest, founded in 2025, is a U.S.-focused ETF sponsor that develops low-fee thematic, 2x leveraged, structured buffer and fixed-income exchange-traded products for a broad range of investors. Its product suite includes funds providing exposure to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, genomics and precision medicine, beauty and aesthetics, data and surveillance, buy-now-pay-later services, digital banking and fintech infrastructure, geographic equity themes, leveraged strategies, buffered-outcome strategies and fixed income. The company’s latest significant product expansion includes the June 2026 launch of CBIL, extending its ETF lineup into short-duration U.S. Treasury exposure and fixed-income products.
