Corgi Robots & Humanoids ETF (Cboe BZX: CBOT) is a U.S.-domiciled, actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund of Corgi ETF Trust I that seeks capital appreciation through investments in companies involved in the robotics and embodied artificial intelligence ecosystem. Launched on May 5, 2026, the Fund is advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC and listed on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc.; it charges a 0.35% management fee and issues and redeems shares through authorized participants in Creation Units, while individual shares trade in the secondary market. The Fund primarily invests in common stocks of U.S. and foreign companies across all market capitalizations, including securities listed on foreign exchanges and American depositary receipts, and may invest in other ETFs, cash equivalents, short-term U.S. Treasuries and, subject to limits, illiquid investments and passive minority interests in third-party special purpose vehicles. Under normal market conditions, CBOT invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in companies materially involved in the development, manufacturing, deployment or operation of robotics and embodied AI systems that automate physical tasks. Its investment universe encompasses industrial and collaborative robots; humanoid robots; mobile robots; warehouse and logistics automation platforms; autonomous systems and drones; machine vision, sensors and imaging technologies; actuators and motion-control products; embedded computing; robotics software, autonomy stacks and artificial-intelligence-enabled software; simulation and digital-workflow tools; and robotics integrators, deployment providers and lifecycle-support services. Target end markets include industrial production, logistics and fulfillment, healthcare and surgical robotics, consumer applications, agriculture and service environments. The Adviser employs bottom-up fundamental analysis, thematic research and quantitative screening, assessing issuers’ supply-chain positioning, growth prospects and valuation; qualifying companies generally derive at least 50% of revenue, profits or assets from relevant activities, or rank among the top 10 companies in the relevant activities by revenue or net income. As of September 9, 2026, the Fund held 26 securities, with technology, industrials and healthcare exposure, and major positions included NVIDIA Corp., Alphabet Inc., Aurora Innovation Inc., UiPath Inc., Cognex Corp., Tesla Inc., Amazon.com Inc., Novanta Inc., Caterpillar Inc. and Ambarella Inc. CBOT’s principal recent strategic development is its 2026 launch as Corgi’s thematic robotics and automation ETF, expanding the sponsor’s ETF lineup with actively managed exposure to the robotics and humanoids value chain; the Fund remains newly organized, with limited operating history and no completed full calendar year of performance history.
