The company offers a diverse portfolio including member-exclusive social clubbing hubs, premium holiday vacations, fitness centers, event management services, and accommodation services. Its extensive network comprises over 50 ownership clubs, resorts, and hotels across India, the Middle East, Thailand, and Sri Lanka, alongside more than 25 fitness centers and over 4,000 Country Vacations global hospitality associates. Country Club manages both company-owned and franchised properties, spanning urban social clubs, luxurious city hotels, wellness and spa centers, beachfront resorts, hilltop vacation homes, wildlife jungle lodges, and water amusement parks. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Hyderabad, the company has expanded its operations internationally with subsidiaries such as Kuwait Country Club Company WLL and branches like Country Vacations International LLC in Oman. In the last one to two years, Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Limited has initiated a significant strategic expansion by planning to raise $100 million through Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) or Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) aimed at developing premium leisure properties in key Indian metropolitan cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. This capital infusion supports the company’s shift towards high-end clubs and resorts, diversifying from its traditional mid-range offerings. Additionally, the company has ventured into real estate development with residential and commercial projects integrated within lifestyle developments that combine living, working, and leisure facilities. Furthermore, Country Club has achieved a major operational milestone by becoming debt-free through substantial debt repayment as of the first quarter of fiscal 2025-26. The company also enhances member experience with digital platforms including an exclusive mobile app and web portal for real-time booking, payments, and membership management. Its ongoing diversification and modernization efforts position it strongly within the Indian luxury hospitality and leisure market alongside its international presence.
