Founded in 1988 through the merger of SDA and ECAD and headquartered at 2655 Seely Avenue in San Jose, California, the company operates globally with over 12,700 employees, serving hyperscale computing, 5G communications, mobile, automotive, aerospace, defense, industrial, life sciences, consumer electronics, and cloud markets primarily in the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
