Recent developments include the incorporation of wholly-owned subsidiaries Centuryply Furniture Fittings Limited in February 2025 and Century Panels BV in the Netherlands for laminate and MDF distribution, alongside the completion of the acquisition of Century Infotech Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary. The company expanded its Hoshiarpur MDF plant capacity by 58% through a Rs 250 crore investment over FY23-FY25 and inaugurated the extended facility, while approving a scheme to transfer its Container Freight Station Services to subsidiary Century Infra Limited on a slump sale basis.
