Business
Custom Health Holdings Inc. is an AI-enabled healthcare technology and pharmacy-services company that provides an integrated medication-management-at-home platform for health plans, healthcare providers, physician practices, community pharmacies, patients and caregivers across Canada and the United States. The Company combines licensed pharmacy operations; medication reviews; prescription fulfillment, repackaging and home delivery; pharmacist-led clinical services and patient outreach; continuous medication-use and patient-reported monitoring; in-home connected-care technology; and the proprietary AdhereNet® platform, which integrates pharmacy, device and clinical data into a shared longitudinal medication record. Its offering is designed to support medication adherence, identify therapy risks, side effects and potential drug interactions, facilitate earlier clinical intervention, and coordinate care with prescribers. Custom Health also provides the spencer® smart medication dispenser and associated in-home monitoring platform through its Spencer Health Solutions subsidiary. The Company operates an integrated pharmacy network in Canada and the United States and focuses on complex and chronic-care populations requiring ongoing medication support. Custom Health Holdings Inc. was formed in 2021 and is headquartered in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. The Company, formerly known as Queue Ventures Ltd., completed a plan of arrangement with Custom Health, Inc. in June 2026, acquired 100% of Custom Health, Inc.’s common stock, changed its name to Custom Health Holdings Inc., and commenced trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol CHLT on June 24, 2026. Recent strategic expansion includes the June 2026 acquisition of substantially all operating assets of InnovativeRx, which expanded the Company’s pharmacy presence in Indiana and Ohio. In July 2026, the Company entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire Evergreen Pharmacy LLC, a West Allis, Wisconsin-based specialty pharmacy serving patients with complex chronic-disease therapies and licensed in Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan. In September 2026, Custom Health completed the acquisition of Spencer Health Solutions, Inc.; Spencer became a wholly owned subsidiary and brought the spencer® dispensing technology, in-home monitoring platform, intellectual property and product roadmap in-house, expanding the Company’s control of its medication-management technology stack and reducing third-party device, support and infrastructure dependence.
