Charn Issara Development Public Company Limited engages in real estate development, property leasing, hotel operations, and related services in Thailand. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Bangkok, the company develops and sells residential properties including single-detached houses, townhomes, condominiums, luxury villas, and pool villas; leases and sells office condominiums, office buildings, and shopping centers; operates luxury hotels and resorts such as Sri Panwa in Phuket and Baba Beach Club properties; and provides REIT management, property after-sale services, and management for office buildings, juristic condominiums, and housing estates, with projects spanning Bangkok, Hua Hin, Cha-am, Phuket, and other regions. It operates through four segments: Real Estate Development, Lease of Office Condominium Units, Hotel Operations, and Sales of Goods, targeting premium residential, commercial, and hospitality markets. Recent developments include the launch of a new condominium project worth 1 billion baht in Takieb, expansions in Hua Hin and Cha-am beachfront projects such as SASA Hua Hin and SASARA Hua Hin, introduction of super-luxury detached homes like The Luxe near Rama 9-Thonglor-Ekkamai, and the issuance of debentures No. 1/2024 Tranche 1 due 2026.
