The company, founded in 1976 and headquartered in Milan, develops, produces and sells automotive suspension components including coil springs, stabilizer bars, torsion bars, stabilinks, leaf springs and track adjusters for cars, light and heavy commercial vehicles, earth-moving machines and railway rolling stock; precision springs for automotive, electric solutions, lighting, trains and construction sectors; air and cooling systems such as intake manifold systems, air induction systems, coolant pump modules, thermostat housings, ducts and thermal management solutions; and filtration products including oil, petrol, diesel fuel, engine and cabin air filters for original equipment manufacturers, replacement suppliers and independent aftermarkets. In healthcare, through KOS, CIR operates nursing homes under the Anni Azzurri brand, functional and psychiatric rehabilitation units under the Santo Stefano brand, and provides specialized treatments for serious cerebral injuries, neurological pathologies, trauma and chronic-degenerative muscular-skeletal conditions across facilities primarily in Italy and Germany.
