Cellnet Group Limited, a subsidiary of Wentronic Holding GmbH, sources, distributes and represents leading brands of lifestyle technology products and gaming accessories across Australia and New Zealand. Founded in 1992 and headquartered at Brisbane Airport, Queensland, the company operates through its core Cellnet segment alongside Turn Left Distribution; it offers mobile, AV and IT accessories, audio products including Wave Audio speakers and headphones, gaming hardware and software distributed via Turn Left which was acquired in 2018, power and connectivity solutions encompassing chargers, portable power packs, cables and the exclusive PowerGuard surge protection brand with industry-leading warranties, own-label brands such as 3sixT Gear, Goobay and Clicktronic; fulfillment, warehousing, logistics and eCommerce services including bespoke online platforms; and category management with customized training, merchandising and risk-free inventory solutions supported by direct sourcing teams in Hong Kong and China. In 2023, Wentronic Holding completed the acquisition of all remaining shares in Cellnet, taking the company private to leverage synergies in retail, eCommerce and marketplaces while expanding its Australasian footprint; earlier acquisitions included PowerGuard in 2019 for surge protection entry and Performance Distribution in April 2020 to bolster online infrastructure, with 2022 announcements of new exclusive ANZ distribution agreements for Nomad, myFirst and iCoin brands entering fresh technology categories.
