Pasco Corporation (TSE:9232, OTC:PCRRF) provides geospatial information services, leveraging satellite imagery, aerial surveys, and advanced data processing technologies to deliver mapping, monitoring, and analysis solutions for infrastructure, environmental management, disaster response, agriculture, urban planning, and natural resource sectors. The company offers core products and services including high-resolution satellite data from Japan's Advanced Land Observing Satellites such as ALOS-2 (PALSAR-2 radar for all-weather surface monitoring) and ALOS-4; InSAR packages for ground deformation detection; 3D mapping and digital elevation models; geospatial analytics for crop health, yield estimation, deforestation tracking, and land use changes; disaster emergency photography and mapping; satellite ground station services; and customized solutions across energy, maritime, and infrastructure applications. PASCO operates primarily in Japan with domestic offices in Tokyo, Sendai, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka, and maintains international subsidiaries including PASCO Philippines Corporation, PASCO (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and PT. Nusantara Secom InfoTech in Indonesia, serving government agencies, research institutions, and commercial clients globally. Founded in 1953 and headquartered at PASCO Meguro Sakura Bldg in Tokyo, Japan, the company is majority-owned by SECOM Co., Ltd. (75%) with the remaining 25% held by ITOCHU Corporation through its subsidiary IS Frontier Partners Co., Ltd. Recent major changes include the October 2024 completion of a ¥7 billion acquisition by SECOM and IS Frontier Partners of an additional 22.96% stake, increasing their combined ownership; selection in January 2025 as an advanced radar satellite data service provider for ALOS-4 observation data utilization; and participation in February 2025 in the Marble Visions joint venture with NTT DATA (60% ownership) and Canon Electronics (10%), where PASCO holds 30%, to develop a high-resolution, high-frequency 3D Earth observation satellite constellation launching in 2027 for annual global map updates and enhanced digital twin applications. Net sales reached JPY58.5 billion for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, with 2,838 employees supporting its medium-term management plan through 2025 focused on geospatial innovation and sustainability.
