Business
Corgi Mag 7 ETF (Ticker: CMAG) is an actively managed U.S.-domiciled exchange-traded fund, organized as a series of Corgi ETF Trust I and managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC, that seeks capital appreciation through concentrated exposure to the seven U.S. mega-capitalization technology and technology-enabled companies commonly known as the Magnificent Seven. The fund invests principally in equity securities of Alphabet Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., Apple Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Microsoft Corp., NVIDIA Corp. and Tesla, Inc.; may obtain exposure through direct common-stock holdings and swap agreements; and may hold cash, money-market instruments and other short-term investments for liquidity, collateral and portfolio-management purposes. CMAG generally weights its Magnificent Seven exposure according to the relative free-float market capitalization of the underlying companies, resulting in a concentrated portfolio with exposure principally to the information technology, communication services and consumer discretionary sectors. The ETF is designed for investors seeking a single traded vehicle for targeted exposure to large-cap U.S. technology, artificial-intelligence, digital-platform, cloud-computing, e-commerce, semiconductor, social-media, electric-vehicle and related technology-enabled businesses. CMAG commenced operations in May 2026 and is offered in the United States. Recent major developments include the fund’s launch as part of Corgi Invest’s ETF platform in May 2026, expanding the sponsor’s thematic ETF product lineup; subsequent portfolio implementation has included direct positions and total-return swap exposure linked to Magnificent Seven constituents, alongside allocations to government-obligations money-market instruments. The fund carries a stated net expense ratio of 0.20%.
