Business
CMS Info Systems Limited (CMSINFO.NS) is India's leading integrated cash management company providing end-to-end cash logistics and technology solutions to banks, financial institutions, and retail customers. The company offers managed cash deposit services through its extensive network of cash deposit machines (CDMs) and automated teller machines (ATMs); cash replenishment and cash-in-transit services; ATM and CDM managed services including installation, cash loading, maintenance, and monitoring; and digital solutions such as CMS Connect for real-time cash management, CMS Armor for secure logistics, and CMS Pay for digital payment platforms. It also provides e-surveillance services, gold logistics under the CMS Gold brand, and managed services for vaults and safe deposit lockers; these offerings cater primarily to the banking sector, organized retail, and jewelers across India. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Mumbai, India, CMS operates nationwide with over 25 regional offices and more than 5,000 employees, serving as the largest cash management player in the country with a market share exceeding 30% in key segments. In recent developments, the company completed the acquisition of shares in CMS Cash Logistics (HK) Limited in 2024 to expand international cash logistics capabilities; launched new AI-driven predictive cash management tools in early 2025 as part of its digital transformation strategy; and formed a strategic partnership with a major public sector bank in mid-2025 for nationwide CDM outsourcing, enhancing its recurring revenue base. Additionally, CMS announced expansion into managed services for digital vaults amid rising demand for secure asset storage, reflecting its shift toward technology-enabled, asset-light business models.
