- Cando Drones Ltd. designs, develops, manufactures, deploys and manages autonomous unmanned aerial vehicle systems and multi-drone fleets for civilian, commercial, public-safety and defense applications. The Company’s offerings include end-to-end autonomous drone-fleet command, control and operational services; drone-based security solutions for routine patrols, surveillance, detection, deterrence and incident investigation at strategic facilities, industrial sites, municipal areas and commercial premises; mapping, surveying, documentation and infrastructure-inspection services; public-safety and enforcement solutions; and urban cargo and last-mile delivery services. Cando Drones also provides BOXAIR, an autonomous drone charging and docking station, and associated system integration, airspace and regulatory planning, ground-logistics management, implementation, training, technical support and operational guidance. Its platforms are intended to connect stationary sensors with mobile drones and support autonomous mission planning, flight-path management, airspace-system interfaces and the simultaneous control of multiple drone missions.
The Company serves government and municipal authorities, security and public-safety organizations, industrial and strategic-site operators, commercial customers and logistics and retail customers, principally in Israel. Cando Drones was founded in 2019 by former Israel Defense Forces officers and is headquartered in Haifa, Israel. Rami Levy Chain Stores Hashikma Marketing 2006 Ltd. is its largest shareholder, holding approximately 30.5% of the Company, following its 2022 strategic investment; the parties have collaborated on the development of autonomous drone-delivery capabilities, including grocery-delivery trials and an intended order-to-delivery operating platform.
Recent strategic developments include Cando Drones’ alliance with Alfo Systems to develop a drone-mounted 5.56 mm or 7.62 mm machine-gun system for defense applications, expanding the Company’s activities beyond civilian security, inspection and delivery use cases. In June 2026, the Company announced plans to pursue a Tel Aviv Stock Exchange public offering intended to raise approximately NIS 19 million through the issuance of about 20% of its shares at an indicated pre-money valuation of approximately NIS 83 million, with accompanying warrants that could generate up to approximately NIS 14 million of additional proceeds if exercised. The proposed financing is intended to support the Company’s expansion in civilian and defense autonomous-drone applications and its operational requirements.
