Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with manufacturing facilities at Survey No. 396(P), 395/4(P), Moriya Village, Sarkhej-Bavla Highway, the company operates as part of the family-owned Chiripal Group founded by Ved Prakash Chiripal and targets oil marketing companies like BPCL, IOCL, and HPCL, as well as private sector clients including Reliance Industries and Nayara Energy. In recent developments, the company initiated the sale or disposal of its polyester yarn unit via slump sale in March 2023 to pivot fully toward biofuels; it received a government license in September 2023 for a 300 KLPD grain-based ethanol distillery with zero liquid discharge, invested approximately INR 350 crore in this greenfield project near Ahmedabad, secured long-term offtake agreements with major oil firms in June 2024, changed its name to True Green Bio Energy Limited effective around September-December 2024 with a fresh certificate issued on December 4, 2024, and commenced commercial operations of the ethanol plant by mid-2025 to capitalize on the 20% ethanol blending target.
