Corem Property Group AB (publ) is a Swedish real estate company specializing in the acquisition, development, management, and refinement of commercial properties. Its property portfolio comprises primarily offices and logistics/warehouse facilities, with a geographic focus on metropolitan and growth regions including Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, and New York. Corem's products and services include ownership and management of investment properties, property development with building rights for tailor-made premises, and active property refinement to meet tenant needs. The portfolio consists of approximately 267 investment properties with over 2 million square meters of lettable area valued at about SEK 51.7 billion as of mid-2025.
