Corem Property Group AB (publ) owns, manages, develops and leases commercial real estate properties including offices, warehouses, logistics facilities and retail spaces primarily in metropolitan and growth areas of Sweden, Denmark and the United States; the company maintains a portfolio of approximately 266 properties encompassing a total lettable area exceeding 2 million square meters, with a focus on properties near major cities, logistics hubs and access routes, supplemented by building rights for tailor-made developments in collaboration with tenants. Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Corem concentrates operations in delimited management areas with local offices and on-site staff to ensure proximity to tenants across its geographic footprint. In recent developments, Corem continues portfolio refinement through strategic divestments including a September 2025 agreement to sell 14 properties in Gothenburg to Areim AB for SEK 1.2 billion expected to close in October 2025, a letter of intent signed in December 2025 to divest the property at 417 Park Avenue in New York, sales of properties in Sigtuna and Stockholm for SEK 100 million, and an earlier June 2025 divestment to Castellum of five properties valued at SEK 1.7 billion, alongside project completions in Kista prioritizing tenant customizations and ongoing developments in Manhattan with GDSNY targeting environmental certifications.
