In recent developments, Crestchem Limited appointed Nirmit Dipak Patel as Executive Director effective October 1, 2023; Jignesh A. Shah as Additional Director effective December 29, 2023 and Priyankaben M. Patel as Additional Director effective July 4, 2024, both proposed for regularization as Independent Directors up to September 30, 2029; approved continuation of Chairman and Managing Director Dipak N. Patel beyond age 70 and increased his remuneration to Rs 4-5 lakh monthly effective January 1, 2024; and in 2025 appointed Nitin S.
