In Leisure and Hospitality, the company develops and manages luxury beach resorts, safari lodges, and hotel properties across Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and Mauritius. In Renewable Energy, it generates power through hydro, wind, and utility-scale solar energy projects, as well as biofuel and ethanol manufacturing facilities. In Healthcare and Advanced Materials, the group operates private multi-specialty hospitals and engages in graphite processing and graphene production through Ceylon Graphene Technologies. Geographically, LOLC Holdings maintains commercial and financial operations spanning South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Africa, with active businesses in Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Egypt.
