Business
Les Eaux Minérales d'Oulmès SA is a Morocco-based fast-moving consumer goods company primarily engaged in the extraction, bottling, processing, and distribution of natural mineral waters, purified table waters, and non-alcoholic beverages. Founded in 1933 and headquartered in Bouskoura, Morocco, the company operates as a subsidiary of the Holmarcom Group and is publicly listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. The company oversees fully integrated industrial and commercial operations spanning natural spring concessions, in-house PET preform and bottle manufacturing, automated bottling plants, and multi-channel supply chains serving retail, wholesale, institutional, and hospitality (HORECA) sectors across Morocco and select West African markets. Its core product and service portfolio comprises: natural still mineral waters marketed under the flagship Sidi Ali and Aïn Atlas brands; naturally carbonated mineral waters and fruit-infused sparkling waters under the Oulmès and Oulmès Bulles Fruitées labels; purified table water under the Bahia brand; functional wellness beverages, including Vitalya zinc-fortified alkaline water; point-of-use domestic and commercial water purification units under the Purifya line; carbonated soft drinks, including the licensed bottling and distribution of Orangina as well as proprietary soft drink brands such as Glass'; home and office delivery (HOD) water dispensing solutions; and regional natural mineral water under the Fifa de Sainte Luce brand, produced and distributed through its majority-owned Beninese subsidiary, Eau Technologie Environnement (ETE). In recent corporate and operational developments, Les Eaux Minérales d'Oulmès SA executed a 350 million Moroccan dirham bond issuance of redeemable equity bonds (Obligations Remboursables en Actions) to finance long-term industrial modernization and capacity expansion. In line with its Low Carbon Roadmap targeting a 50 percent carbon footprint reduction by 2030, the company integrated digital energy and performance monitoring platforms across its flagship bottling facilities in Bouskoura and Tarmilate in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the International Energy Agency (IEA) 3DEN initiative, yielding substantial reductions in industrial energy consumption. Furthermore, the company expanded its commercial reach through strategic quick-commerce distribution partnerships with on-demand delivery platforms, including Glovo, while actively upgrading its packaging architecture with water-efficient bottling technologies and expanded use of recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) materials.
