(NYSE: CLS). The fund provides leveraged long exposure to Celestica, a technology manufacturing-services company, and is designed principally for sophisticated investors and professional traders seeking short-term tactical exposure rather than performance over periods longer than one trading day. The fund pursues its objective through one or more total-return swaps and/or listed options referencing Celestica common stock and may also invest directly in Celestica shares; its investment activities therefore encompass equity securities, derivative contracts, cash and collateral instruments, and creation-unit transactions.
