ProShares S&P Kensho Cleantech ETF (CTEX) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to the performance of the S&P Kensho Cleantech Index. The fund provides exposure to U.S.-listed companies developing technologies and products enabling clean energy generation, including solar, wind, geothermal, hydrogen, and hydroelectric sources; hardware, software, and materials for clean energy capture; installation of clean energy technologies for residential and commercial applications; and advanced energy storage devices. Top holdings as of December 2025 include T1 Energy Inc. (TE), Energy Vault Holdings Inc. (NRGV), Enphase Energy Inc. (ENPH), GE Vernova Inc. (GEV), and Generac Holdings Inc. (GNRC), with approximately 31 holdings in total and an expense ratio of 0.58%. Launched on September 29, 2021, by ProShare Advisors LLC and domiciled in the United States, CTEX targets growth and value stocks across diversified market capitalizations in the cleantech sector, with quarterly distributions and options availability. The ETF operates globally through its underlying U.S.-listed equity portfolio, focusing on institutional and retail investors interested in thematic clean energy innovation.
