Corgi U.S. Equities 30% Structured Buffer ETF – June Series is an actively managed exchange-traded fund, sponsored by Corgi ETF Trust I and managed by Corgi Strategies LLC, that seeks to provide investors with exposure to the price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, or SPY, subject to a predetermined upside cap and a defined annual downside buffer. The fund primarily invests in customized FLEX Options linked to SPY, together with U.S. Treasury securities, cash and cash-equivalent instruments, and other collateral holdings; it does not seek to hold a portfolio of individual equity securities directly. CTJN is designed to absorb SPY price declines from -5.00% through -35.00% during each annual outcome period, before fees and expenses, while participating in positive SPY price returns up to the applicable cap. Losses below the buffer threshold and declines occurring before the initial -5.00% loss are generally borne by shareholders, and investor outcomes can vary based on purchase and sale timing relative to the outcome period. The June Series resets its cap, buffer structure and FLEX Options portfolio annually, with the current outcome period running from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. The fund targets retail and institutional investors seeking defined-risk U.S. large-cap equity exposure through a packaged options strategy, and it trades on Cboe BZX under the ticker CTJN. CTJN commenced trading on June 2, 2026, representing a recent expansion of Corgi’s structured-buffer ETF platform; the launch introduced a June-reset 30% buffer strategy alongside other Corgi ETF Trust I structured-buffer offerings. Corgi Invest operates in the U.S. exchange-traded-products market and offers a family of structured buffer ETFs designed to combine capped equity-market participation with varying levels of downside protection and annual outcome periods.
