The trust's portfolio includes well-located, quality assets such as business parks, office buildings, and logistics facilities; key properties encompass International Tech Park Bangalore in Bengaluru, International Tech Park Chennai in Chennai, and a logistics portfolio featuring properties in Mumbai, Chennai, and Bengaluru.
