Tidal Trust I – Digital Asset Debt Strategy ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation and, secondarily, income by investing primarily in debt securities of issuers involved in digital asset-related activities. The Fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in Digital Asset Debt Securities, including convertible bonds and synthetic convertibles; high-yield bonds; senior secured bonds; distressed debt; preferred securities; and, where advantageous, swaps, options and interests in other investment companies providing relevant exposure. It targets issuers engaged in digital asset mining and digital asset data-center operations; companies and governments holding significant digital-asset reserves or issuing digital-asset-linked debt; digital-asset trading, payment and transfer platforms; and global asset managers and financial-service providers supporting digital-asset adoption, tokenized products, digital financing or digital-asset exchanges. The Fund may allocate up to 20% of net assets to debt securities of supporting infrastructure providers, including utilities and energy companies supplying mining-related power and technology, semiconductor, hardware and software companies serving the digital-asset ecosystem. The portfolio is constructed through fundamental credit, security-structure, issuer-financial-strength, equity-upside and risk/return analysis, with a focus on securities considered to have meaningful correlation to bitcoin; investments may include U.S., non-U.S. and emerging-market issuers, and the Fund expects generally to hold approximately 35 to 70 positions. The Fund does not invest directly in digital assets. DADS commenced operations and began trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market in August 2025. It is a series of Tidal Trust I, formerly Tidal ETF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust organized in 2018 and renamed effective June 2, 2025; Tidal Investments LLC, a Tidal Financial Group company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, serves as investment adviser, and AlphaBit Investments LLC, an Iowa-based registered investment adviser founded in 2025, serves as investment sub-adviser. The Fund was launched through the AlphaBit-Tidal strategic partnership as a risk-managed fixed-income-oriented vehicle for financial advisers, institutional investors and other investors seeking regulated exposure to the digital-asset economy; its prospectus states total annual operating expenses of 1.04%, including a 0.75% management fee.
