(DAMCAPITAL.NS), headquartered in Mumbai, India, operates as a leading full-service investment bank focused on India's capital markets, providing strategic advisory and integrated financing solutions to corporates, financial sponsors, institutional investors, and family offices; its core offerings span investment banking, including equity capital markets such as initial public offerings, qualified institutional placements, offers for sale, rights issues, buybacks, open offers, and REIT IPOs, alongside mergers and acquisitions advisory, private equity advisory, and structured finance advisory, as well as institutional equities encompassing broking, research, sales, trading, and corporate access services. Originally incorporated in 1993 as S. S. Kantilal Ishwarlal Sharebrokers and Investors Private Limited and formerly known as IDFC Securities prior to its acquisition in November 2019, the firm has executed 78 equity capital market transactions from the acquisition date through March 31, 2025, including 29 IPOs and 19 QIPs as book running lead manager, while servicing 277 active clients, including foreign portfolio investors across India, the USA, UK, Europe, Hong Kong, and Singapore through its institutional equities platform of 32 research and 34 broking professionals.
