Deepak Builders & Engineers India Ltd (DBEIL.NS) is an integrated engineering and construction company specializing in turnkey projects for government and private sector clients in India. Incorporated in 2017 and headquartered in New Delhi, the company executes administrative and institutional buildings, hospitals and medical colleges, industrial buildings, historical memorial complexes, stadiums and sports complexes, residential complexes, highways, flyovers, rail over bridges and under bridges, approach roads, railway station development and redevelopment, commercial buildings, museums, and other developmental works; these encompass architectural and structural work, civil engineering, mechanical electrical and plumbing services, HVAC systems, firefighting and fire alarm systems, public health services, information technology systems, modular operation theatres, medical gas pipeline systems, and external development including landscaping. It primarily serves government organizations across northern India, with a proven track record on prestigious projects such as the Jang-E-Azadi Memorial in Jalandhar, Karuna Sagar Maharishi Valmiki Tirath Asthan in Amritsar, Geriatrics Block at AIIMS New Delhi, International Cricket Stadium in Chandigarh, and International Hockey Stadium in SAS Nagar. The company, which acquired the business of the erstwhile Deepak Builders partnership firm in 2018 and converted to a public limited company in 2022, launched an initial public offering in October 2024 comprising a fresh issue of 10.7 million equity shares and an offer for sale of 2.11 million shares, listing on BSE and NSE on October 28, 2024; it continues to report unaudited financial results for quarters ended September 30, 2024, and subsequent periods through fiscal 2026.
