Valor Estate Limited, formerly known as DB Realty Limited until March 2024, is a Mumbai-based real estate development company established in 2007. The company operates primarily in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and is engaged in the development and sale of residential, commercial, retail, mass housing, cluster redevelopment, and hospitality projects. Its residential portfolio caters to diverse income groups with offerings ranging from 1BHK to 4BHK apartments across luxury, mid-segment, and affordable categories. The commercial segment involves co-developing customized office spaces in prime locations such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and Mahalaxmi, while the retail segment focuses on developing shops in select locations. Valor Estate also has a growing hospitality business with assets including the 171-key Hilton Mumbai and the 313-key Grand Hyatt Goa, along with a joint venture under construction for a 779-key portfolio including Marriott Marquis and St. Regis in Aerocity Delhi. Recent notable developments include a major strategic realignment and corporate restructuring completed in 2025, featuring the demerger of its hospitality business into a separate entity, Advent Hotels International Private Limited, with the demerged entity managing key hospitality assets and planned expansions. Valor Estate has entered into significant partnerships and joint ventures, including collaborations with L&T Realty and previous ties with Prestige Estates, Rustomjee Group, and Godrej Properties. The company has also divested non-core businesses such as stakes in dairy processing units to focus on high-margin real estate ventures and asset optimization. Valor Estate pursues an asset-light model centered on land aggregation and strategic partnerships, aiming to deliver long-term shareholder value with an expanding hospitality portfolio targeting 3,211 keys by 2030-31.
