In recent developments, the company completed a merger of two wholly-owned Swiss step-down subsidiaries, CARBOGEN AMCIS SPECIALITIES AG and CARBOGEN AMCIS INNOVATIONS AG, to streamline its corporate structure and enhance operational efficiency as of October 2025; its subsidiary CARBOGEN AMCIS refinanced and enhanced syndicated credit facilities in November 2025, securing additional CHF 40 million with an accordion feature for CHF 30 million to fund growth in continuous flow chemistry, drug conjugation and digital transformation. The company also received Establishment Inspection Reports from the US FDA for its Naroda and Bavla facilities in 2025, PMDA certification for Bavla, CEP from EDQM and EUDRA GMP from the Italian Medicines Agency in early 2024, along with the Choose France-Best Indian Investment in France award in April 2024.
