Business
Tritium DCFC Limited, an Australia-based designer, manufacturer and supplier of direct current (DC) fast chargers for electric vehicles, offers a portfolio of charging station hardware including standalone chargers such as the RTM75 for retail sites, PKM150 modular systems, TRI-FLEX ultra-fast platforms with BESS integration capabilities, and distributed chargers; its software products encompass Tritium Pulse and MyTritium service management platforms; and its service and maintenance offerings comprise warranties, service level agreements, spare parts sales and high-power charging sessions. The company targets charge point operators, automakers, electric vehicle fleets, fuel stations, retail sites and utilities across more than 50 countries on six continents, with manufacturing facilities historically in Tennessee, USA, and operations extending to public, fleet and retail charging segments. Founded in 2001 and headquartered at 48 Miller Street in Murarrie, Australia, Tritium DCFC Limited entered liquidation proceedings in 2024 following insolvency, with its core assets and businesses in the USA and Australia acquired by Tritium Power Solutions Inc. and Tritium Power Solutions Pty Ltd, subsidiaries of India's Exicom Tele-Systems Limited, for approximately $29.6 million in August 2024 to preserve its Tennessee factory, Brisbane engineering center and supplier relationships.
