Business
Tritium DCFC Limited (DCFCW) designs, manufactures and supplies direct current (DC) fast chargers for electric vehicles globally; its core products include the RTM75 all-in-one 75kW liquid-cooled charger for retail, fleet and public sites, the TRI-FLEX ultra-fast scalable DC charging platform with customizable power cabinets, BESS and DC-microgrid integration for highway corridors and off-grid locations, alongside standalone and distributed chargers supporting CCS1, CCS2 and CHAdeMO standards; the company offers related services such as warranties, service level agreements, spare parts sales and a service management software platform. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Murarrie, Australia, Tritium operates manufacturing facilities including one in Tennessee, USA, with deployments across more than 50 countries on six continents serving charge point operators, automakers, EV fleets, fuel stations, retail and utility sectors. In 2024, the company entered voluntary administration and receivership due to insolvency amid a global EV charging market slowdown, completed an asset sale for approximately $32 million to India's Exicom in August expanding the buyer's US manufacturing presence, and proceeded to full liquidation as ACN 650 026 314 Limited by October, rendering its securities worthless.
