- Defined Duration 20 ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund sponsored by Discipline Funds that seeks long-term capital growth over a targeted 20-year investment horizon. Listed on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker DDXX, the Fund employs Discipline Funds’ Defined Duration methodology, a systematic, time-weighted asset-allocation and rebalancing approach intended to align equity exposure with long-range financial-planning and asset-liability-matching objectives. The Fund maintains a 100% equity allocation and invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of large-cap, broad-market, factor- and style-based exchange-traded funds, including domestic and international developed-market, emerging-market, value, small-cap, minimum-volatility and ex-U.S. small-cap equity strategies. Principal underlying exposures include the SPDR Portfolio Developed World ex-US ETF; Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF; iShares MSCI USA Minimum Volatility Factor ETF; Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets ETF; iShares MSCI International Value Factor ETF; Vanguard Value ETF; Vanguard Small-Cap ETF; and Vanguard FTSE All-World ex-US Small-Cap ETF, providing exposure across the United States, developed international markets and emerging markets. The Fund is sub-advised by Orcam Financial Group LLC, doing business as Discipline Funds, and is designed for individual investors, financial advisers and institutional users seeking a globally diversified, growth-oriented equity allocation for planning horizons of 15 years or more. DDXX does not seek to track an index and uses active portfolio selection and periodic rebalancing based on the sub-adviser’s assessment of expected risk and return over time. The Fund commenced trading in November 2025 as part of Discipline Funds’ Defined Duration ETF suite, alongside the Defined Duration 5 ETF and Defined Duration 10 ETF, expanding the sponsor’s time-horizon-based ETF offerings for financial planners and investors. The sponsor also repositioned its prior Discipline Fund ETF strategy within the broader Defined Duration suite through its conversion to the Defined Duration 10 ETF, underscoring its strategic focus on time-weighted, asset-liability-matching investment products.
