Business
De Nora India Limited, a subsidiary of Oronzio De Nora International B.V. of the Italian multinational Industrie De Nora Group, manufactures, sells and services electrolytic products for electrochemical and water treatment applications in India and internationally; its core offerings include noble metal-coated dimensionally stable anodes (DSA) and electrodes for chlorine and caustic soda production in the chlor-alkali industry, oxygen evolution, electrochlorination systems such as SANILEC and SEACLOR brands for water disinfection in power, municipal and marine sectors, electrolyzers, coating solutions and recoating/repair services for electrodes, as well as technologies for cathodic protection, fuel cells, printed circuit boards, sodium chlorate processes, plastics and metal finishing; the company provides technical consultation and support for electrochemical processes targeting industrial, municipal and commercial customers. Founded in 1989 as Titanor Components Limited and renamed De Nora India in 2007, it operates a manufacturing facility in Kundaim Industrial Estate, Goa, with headquarters in Mumbai, India. Recent developments include strong financial performance with Q2 fiscal 2026 revenue up 20% year-over-year to Rs 218 million and H1 revenue surging 107% to Rs 638 million, alongside board changes such as the appointment of Guido Picari as additional director, re-appointment of Purushottam Mantri as independent director, resignation of Robert Scannell, and approval processes for Deepak Nagvekar as whole-time director via postal ballot concluding December 2025; the company also secured a $4.6 million order win and entered a service agreement with Gurukrupa Engineering Services.
