In January 2025, the company completed a Rs165 crore acquisition of international marketing rights for Bayer AG's key fungicides Iprovalicarb (branded as Melody Duo, Melody Compact, and Melodika) and Triadimenol, enabling entry into global markets across Latin America, EMEA, and Asia while targeting Indian revenue commencement by Q1 FY26 and an EBITDA margin of 12-15% post-integration. Dhanuka Agritech recently launched the BiologiQ range of sustainable agri-biological products for crop protection, soil health, and plant nutrition, alongside passing full benefits of a September 2025 GST reduction on its herbicide Maxyld to customers, and supported farmer initiatives such as the Millionaire Farmers of India event in December 2024.
