Corgi ETF Trust I – Corgi Space & Satellite Communications ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies participating in the space and satellite communications ecosystem. The fund, which trades on Cboe under the ticker DIPR, provides thematic exposure to satellite constellation operators offering broadband and Internet of Things connectivity; satellite communications and space-based broadband providers; launch and space-transport companies; satellite and spacecraft manufacturers; Earth-observation, geospatial-data, navigation and timing providers; ground-station, antenna and related equipment suppliers; and enabling software and communications-technology companies serving commercial, government and defense-related end markets. Corgi Space & Satellite Communications ETF also may invest across market capitalizations and geographies, including through American depositary receipts and limited investments designed to provide exposure to qualifying private companies. The ETF was launched on May 5, 2026, is domiciled in the United States, and is advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC; Paralel Distributors LLC serves as distributor, U.S. Bank N.A. as custodian, and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services as administrator and transfer agent. The fund charges a 0.35% expense ratio and maintains a portfolio of approximately 30 holdings. As of September 8, 2026, its principal investments include Space Exploration Technologies Corp., Rocket Lab Corp., Lockheed Martin Corp., Viasat Inc., Garmin Ltd., AST SpaceMobile Inc., Iridium Communications Inc., EchoStar Corp., Globalstar Inc. and MDA Space Ltd. Its principal recent development is its May 2026 inception and rollout as Corgi’s actively managed space-and-satellite-infrastructure investment vehicle, expanding investor access to companies operating throughout the global space and satellite value chain.
