Divgi TorqTransfer Systems serves original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, utility vehicles, agriculture tractors, and EVs, with key customers including Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Toyota, MG, Audi via BorgWarner, Volvo Eicher, and global players; it operates manufacturing plants in Bhosari and Shivare (Pune district), Shirval (Satara district) in Maharashtra, and Sirsi (Karnataka), India, while exporting to the USA, Europe, UK, Mexico, China, Thailand, South Korea, and beyond. Founded in 1964 as Divgi Metalwares Private Limited and headquartered at 75 General Block, MIDC Bhosari, Pune, India, the company transitioned through a 1995 joint venture with BorgWarner (dissolved in 2016) to become Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Private Limited and listed publicly as Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited in 2022.
